Why, Wild Minds?

At Wild Minds yoga, we build confident kids. By using breathing and movement together, we help our kids work through their big emotions to develop self awareness, and independence. Resulting in a deep rooted confidence that is applicable in the real world.

In each class we use yoga, guided meditation, REAL conversation, journaling and PLAY, to inspire the kids to get in touch with who they truly are. To honour, nourish and love their uniquely-beautiful-imperfect selves. We focus on self-love, care, and compassion, through the journey of true self-discovery.
